Emma Fyvie has worked in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for over a decade,  running the press office for Assembly Festival for two of these years.  She has previously worked as the Guest Booker for the Edinburgh International Film Festival, where she coordinated all red carpet screenings and artist liaison, and has organised sold-out film events across both the Edinburgh and Glasgow Film Festivals.  A former visual arts writer, she has also collaborated on projects with Edinburgh's Hogmanay, Invisible Dot, Amnesty International and Festivals Edinburgh.  In 2017 she took a break from all things Fringe and joined the Edinburgh International Festival for their 70th anniversary, working on their exceptional programme of theatre and dance.

Laura Donaldson began working for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2011 as part of  the  Assembly Festival press office  and quickly decided the arts industry was for her.  Her background in journalism has proved invaluable in creating campaigns for both the Third Sector and creative industries and she has since achieved a Masters in Public Relations.  She has worked extensively with the Linda Norgrove Foundation and has also been involved with coordinating and developing the Stirling Fringe Festival.
